Charlie was given to me [cage, stand and all] by a friend who was concerned that her family didn't time to give him the attention he needed.
Well he certainly is getting lots of attention at our house. He is out of his cage at every opportuniy, and sits on people's shoulders as they move around the house. He loves to nibble on jewllery, chins, and especially wet hair!
He talks constantly, as well as whistles and makes 'star wars' chirps. He really is a character and we love him to bits.
Oh, and he did come with a cage companion called Charlotte, but she was a very quiet bird who sat in the corner of the cage as Charlie prattled at her all evening. When out of the cage she would fly up to the light fitting and stay there, making it less attractive to have the birds out of their cage. So Charlotte has now been moved to the avairy, and she is now active and chirpy, seeming to enjoy her new surounds and time away from Charlie's prattle.

"Pleased to meet you Charlie"!
Glad his companion has settled into the aviary too! :-)
