Box World

This is box world created by Warren Thomas, and environmentalist and model maker from Tasmania, who believes in the three R's - reduce, reuse and recycle.
It took twelve years to create and was inspired from Warren seeing a lego model. Not wanting to buy more plastic he decided to create Box World from recycle materials. It now covers 200 square metres. A portion of it is on display at the Albury Library until 12th July. So a great place to take the kids in the school holidays.
I went there today with my school as they have been making environmentally friendly model houses out of recyled materials. I'm sure they will now be inspired to add some finishing touches! The detail on Warren's model is incredible.

Thanks for sharing this.. Things in miniature are always fascinating. Whoever creates them must have great patience.
